Alpha may retain this information for up to one (1) year from the date of submission or for such longer period as may be required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Thereafter, your information will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Alpha will not use your contact information for any other purpose other than to contact you or as otherwise agreed to by you.

In your application, you may be required to provide company information including, but not limited to, the company’s location, industry, growth stage, number of employees, and other financial or business information relevant to evaluating your company’s application.

You acknowledge that by submitting this application, the information about the company, as may be provided by you, may be retained for Alpha internal business purposes such as tracking and analyzing industry trends.

Alpha may aggregate your company information with data received from other applicants.

You acknowledge that Alpha may report publicly available information about your company, including but not limited to funding, milestones, deals, and press-related data.
